Dr. Carlotta Roman is the Founder and Senior Business Psychologist at Collective Career Consulting, LLC. With a background in organizational psychology, change management, and mental health, she helps leaders, HR professionals, and teams foster psychological safety, well-being, and cultural transformation.
As a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Executive Coach, Dr. Roman also brings experience in crisis management, trauma-informed practices, and business strategy to create environments where people and performance thrive. She has led change initiatives for corporations, nonprofits, and public sector organizations for over fifteen years.
She currently serves as Board Chair of the Lake County Workforce Development Board and adjunct faculty at The Chicago School. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology, along with master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Human Resource Management, and Public Service Management.
