Collective Career Consulting, LLC was founded in 2018 by Dr. Carlotta Roman, Founder and Senior Business Psychologist. Our work started with career and leadership coaching, and professional development workshops.
Today, the consultancy provides advisory, coaching, and learning services. The management consulting practice customizes client solutions to build inclusive and equitable workplaces through diversity, equity, and inclusion, change management, and organizational psychology.
We focus on providing thought leadership through industry research and best practices. Our service approach is all in our name, “collective.” We work collaboratively and in partnership with clients, project managers, and other consultants to scale the most efficient services for our clients’ needs.
